JICA’s needs assessment survey
FREE was adopted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the FY2023 needs assessment survey. This survey focuses on the need for supporting SMEs and SDGs-related businesses. As a part of this survey, Watarai Electrical Construction Co. Ltd and FREE will jointly conduct the field survey in Africa.
